Patient's Fee Schedule:

Initial Examination: $ 100

Follow-up Treatments: $ 50

Custom Orthotics: $ 500

Insurance & Medico-Legal Work:

Consultation / Examination (IME) / File Review: $ 250 per hour

Patient's Services are covered by:

1. Extended Health Plans (Benefits)

2. WSIB

3. Auto Insurance

Note: If you have no medical coverage, please contact No Med Insurance for Free Quote, No medical if you are under 65 years of age.

(Average cost of insurance: 25$ per month, will save you % 40 of typical out of pocket expenses.)
