Chiropractic Medicine

Chiropractic Education:

Dr. M. Levy was trained at the National University of Health Sciences - College of Chiropractic Medicine

The DC Degree (Doctor of Chiropractic) is a 4 year Full Time Doctorate Degree, similar to DO (Doctor of Osteopathy), MD (Doctor of Medicine) and DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery.)

Prior to the DC degree, Dr. M. Levy completed 4 year BSc Degree in Biological Sciences from York University.

In 2002, Dr. Levy went back to full time studies, & pursued a degree in Medicine (MD), and is currently one of the few doctors internationally to hold both doctorates degrees.

NUHS is the home of two peer reviewed (PUBMED indexed) Journals:

1. The Journal of Chiropractic Medicine (JCM)

2. Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT)

Clinic Philosophy:

Dr. Levy practices as a Chiropractic Physician (Integrating Chiropractic, Physiotherapy Modalities, Medical Acupuncture & Nutritional counseling )

Memberships: 

Registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Member of the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations, in addition to  the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractors Association.
